I believe that it takes strength and courage to seek out help when facing the difficulties of everyday life. As a psychotherapist, I am committed to providing a safe, calm, and judgment free environment for my clients. My practice focuses on individuals who are struggling with life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, relationship issues, OCD, ADHD, and grief. I also have a great deal of experience with clients who are suffering with trauma, whether it be from an automobile accident or other traumatic event.

My treatment approach can best be described as eclectic, as I believe that tailoring the approach to meet the needs of the client is key to the success of the therapeutic process. I believe that the therapist/client relationship is a collaborative one. The client is the expert on themselves and provides important insights, so that we may work together in order to meet each client’s needs.

I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Oakland University, where I also received my Masters of Arts Degree in Counseling. I am currently enrolled as a full time doctoral student in pursuit of a Doctorate in Counselor Education at Oakland University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as a National Certified Counselor.
