As a psychotherapist, I work to create a safe space for my clients to talk freely and express their emotions. I offer a nonjudgmental environment to encourage my clients to open up so we can explore together what they are struggling with. Every client is unique, and I use evidence-based therapies with an eclectic approach to best serve my clients.
I am a current graduate student at the University of Michigan – Dearborn, working towards my Masters of Clinical Health Psychology. I have training in the biopsychosocial model, and I believe deeply in the mind-body connection. I have training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness. For psychotherapy, I treat individuals or couples. My concentrations include anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I have experience conducting assessments for learning disabilities and intellectual giftedness.
