Greetings. The core of my practice stems from existential-humanistic principles while drawing on an eclectic blend of other therapeutic orientations to facilitate meeting client goals. I have experience working with issues involving anxiety, depression, maltreatment, relationships, and trauma. I encourage mindfulness-based practices for improving cognitive flexibility and emotional awareness and support clients in seeking growth physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
