The path to healing can be complex and even scary at times and we all handle life’s curveballs in our own unique ways. I believe in illuminating the inner parts of ourselves that we aren’t always aware of, but that allow us to better navigate our own path. As a therapist, I believe every person has the potential for change and to live a meaningful life and it is my job to assist you on that journey.
I received my Bachelors of Psychology from Oakland University, where I went on to get my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I specialize in anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions, although I’ve worked with many clients facing an array of different struggles. I have personal experience with many life circumstances that have humbled me as a clinician, including trauma, grief, loss, anxiety, depression, and chronic illness.
As a counselor, I take a holistic and developmental view as I work alongside clients to help them unlock their deepest potential. In my practice, I have learned the value of providing a safe, reflective space and hope for a new path forward. Being a therapist is truly a gift and I feel privileged to be a part of each and every one of my client’s journeys.
