In a world full of uncertainty and crisis, I come with a humble spirit and judge-free approach to therapy. We as psychologists have a duty to help in the healing of our community and that is what I have come to do. With my person-centered approach, I collaborate with the client and help develop skills of nurturing, self-love, self-acceptance and reassurance. My background is in working with trauma clients who have been abused and/or neglected and children. I have training in trauma-focused therapy and cognitive behavior therapy. Life can throw so many curveballs and if we are not equipped to catch the ball, we may strike out. I am here to help you have a homerun with life and create a beautiful, healthy balance in life. All clients are unique, so I use a creative modality of strategies to develop healing in my clients.
I have a Bachelors in Counseling and Psychology from Rochester College. I am a Master’s student at the Michigan School of Psychology completing my Masters in Clinical Psychology. I have experience working with clients who have depression, anxiety, eating disorders, sexual abuse, grief, and domestic violence. Together let’s strike out the old you and create a new YOU.
