I believe many people suffer in silence because emotional pain can feel difficult to name or make sense of, especially when fear, stigma, shame, guilt, or feeling emotionally unsafe make it difficult to open up. I understand that emotional struggles are often deeply rooted in past experiences, relationships, cultural expectations, or unresolved emotional wounds, which can impact the way individuals view themselves and navigate life.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, self- esteem concerns, depression, grief, emotional struggles, gender dysphoria, and other mental health concerns.

My approach is integrative, person-centered, and depth-oriented. I aim to help clients explore their inner self with compassion, curiosity, and emotional safety while working toward greater clarity, healing, and personal growth. Alongside this deeper work, I incorporate evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, TF-CBT, and other interventions based on each person’s individual needs to support meaningful and lasting change.

I am a bilingual (English/Arabic) Limited Licensed Professional Counselor and hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Oakland University.
