My experience includes working with adolescents and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, personality disorders, relationship/family concerns, grief and loss, addiction issues, and many other life transitions. I use evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectic behavioral therapy (DBT) solution-focused, and attachment-based therapy.
