Being human can come with many ups and downs. There can be beautiful moments that bring us great joy, and there can also be dark times that can bring deep pain. My goal is to be there for you through all of the hardships and joys that your life has to offer.

I believe the relationship between the client and therapist is extraordinarily important and powerful. Safety and trust are the two main tenets of having a meaningful therapeutic relationship and experience. When sitting in my office, I will listen to you, hear you, and be present with you. As a psychotherapist, I am committed to providing a warm, inviting, inclusive, comfortable, and safe space for my clients to be their authentic selves.

No two people are the same, and I will honor your individuality and uniqueness. I fully believe that each person has the ability and the tools within themselves to reach their full potential, it is just a matter of discovering them. I practice client-centered therapy, which is also known as person-centered therapy. This approach invites you as the client to take an active role in your treatment, with my unwavering support and guidance along the way. I will work collaboratively with you on your path toward self-discovery.

I have worked with children, adolescents and adults. I work primarily with individuals who experience anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, and grief. I graduated from the Michigan School of Psychology with my Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology. It would be my honor to work with you and join you on this journey. Therapy is a process, and wherever it goes, I will be there for you.
