Ashleigh Mooney

Everyone needs support at some point in their lives and it shows immense strength when someone asks for it. I am passionate about walking alongside you and supporting you on your healing journey. I believe you are the expert on your own life and I utilize a strengths-based, person-centered, multicultural approach in the therapeutic relationship. I provide support for teens, young adults, and adults experiencing a variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship issues, and life transitions.

I am currently a Limited Licensed Professional Counselor working toward full licensure. I earned a MEd in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Vanderbilt University in 2024 and a BA in Psychology from St. Edward’s University in 2012. I have experience working as a Registered Behavior Technician supporting individuals with autism and teaching high schoolers in Japan and the US, as well as volunteering as a facilitator for teen grief support groups. In my free time I love to read, draw, play board games, and try new restaurants.
