I have earned a Masters of Science in Clinical Health Psychology from University of Michigan-Dearborn in 2016. I believe that treatment is unique for each individual and is determined by his or her own needs. I offer a nonjudgmental and warm approach, and am committed to assisting my clients through personal growth.
In psychotherapy, I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. In treatment I address a variety of clinical concerns including anxiety, depression, child behavioral issues, ADHD, perfectionism, adjustment disorders, relationship issues, trauma, anger management, and personal growth. I utilize evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness. I have been trained with an emphasis Clinical Health Psychology, with the understanding that mental and physical health are interconnected.
I have experience conducting comprehensive psychological assessments for all ages in areas such as ADHD, Adaptive Functioning, Learning Disabilities such as Dyslexia, Intellectual Giftedness, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Behavioral Disorders, pre-surgical assessments, and Personality Disorders.
