Life comes with many transitional periods; some can be fun and exciting, while others can be scary and even take us to uncharted territory in our minds that we need support in understanding. Sometimes life is dull and feels stagnant, and that can be difficult to understand, too. My goal from day one with my clients is to help create a therapeutic relationship in which they are given the space to feel emotionally held and seen in any part of their life they choose to bring to therapy. I’m passionate about providing a therapeutic space that supports openness, growth, and bravery. I provide therapy that is supportive of the individual within the many complex systems they operate within. I also provide cognitive behavioral therapy in which I support clients in shifting their thought patterns that may be contributing to problems in their lives. I believe in focusing on an individual’s strengths and building off of those strengths rather than scrutinizing missteps. If this sounds like a therapeutic space you might be interested in, please reach out with any questions you have or to schedule our first session.
