“Although the world is full of suffering, it is also full of the overcoming of it.” – Helen Keller
Many of us struggle at some point in our lives. It takes strength to reach out for support. Collaborating with individuals in choosing a treatment that makes sense for their personal needs, I focus on a holistic approach to psychotherapy, which may include Psychodynamic, Humanistic/Existential, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy or a combination of these with the goal of gaining more insight and a sense of hope.
Since earning a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology at Madonna University, I have worked with adolescents and adults coping with depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorder, psychosis, eating disorders, personality disorders, relationship/family issues, grief and loss, as well as problems related to finances, discrimination, and life transitions. I also have experience in administering personality and IQ testing.
