As an experienced counselor, I am committed to helping individuals and families work through issues and concerns so they can live a healthy and well-balanced life.
I am dedicated to helping clients develop healthy coping skills to manage thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I have over ten years experience as a school counselor and academic behavior interventionist. I am currently offering individual and family therapy services, providing a safe and confidential space where clients can deal with personal, social, emotional, academic and career concerns. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, parenting, obsessive-compulsive disorders, post-traumatic stress and other life transitions. My theoretical approach includes, but is not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy, strengths-based solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic approaches. In addition, I have a holistic approach and when appropriate include mindfulness to treatment with prior consent.
