I believe everyone, at some point in their life, needs someone to talk with and encourage them as they navigate and grow. As a psychotherapist, it is my goal to create a safe, judgment-free environment for you to explore your current issues. I will be there to help you navigate as well as support and challenge you.
I received my master’s in clinical psychology from Eastern Michigan University. While completing my master’s, I worked at the counseling center at EMU and gained experience working with clients who had anxiety, depression, phobias, trauma, and more. I work primarily with adults (ages 17 years an older). I utilize an eclectic and person-centered therapeutic approach. I will work with you to determine the best course to take. Therapy approaches I have utilized include Acceptance and Commitment, Cognitive Behavioral, mindfulness, and psychodynamic.
It is my belief that therapy is most effective when it is a team effort and it is my hope that we will work together to help you overcome your struggles.
