In my personal and professional experience, I have seen therapy change lives. I recommend therapy for anyone, even those not in crisis. My practice is person-centered. I believe therapy is a conversation, and comfortability with your therapist is key. In my previous career as a television producer, I had to rely heavily on my communication skills, which feed directly into what I am doing now with my clients. Communication and understanding are the backbone of my therapy practice. I do individual sessions with kids, pre-teens, adolescents, adults and work with families, and couples. I use a combination of theoretical approaches and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic treatment, and mindfulness techniques.
