As a psychotherapist, I strive to provide an empathetic, understanding, and nonjudgmental environment. My approach to therapy focuses on the individual client. I believe in treating my clients unique needs.
I received my Bachelors degree in Psychology and my Masters degree in Counseling Psychology at Wayne State University.
I provide therapy to help adolescents and adults struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, conduct disorder, and self-esteem issues. I help couples and families through relationship issues and to get back on track. I also have experience with providing group therapy for mood disorders, such as anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder.
My goal as a therapist is to offer a comfortable and safe environment to help my clients through any struggles they may face.
