As a therapist, I believe that everyone can look good on the outside if they feel good on the inside. I believe in the power of mind, the effect our feelings and emotions have on a person. For me, the main goal of therapy is to give a helping hand, help increase self-understanding and personal growth. I am sensitive to a person’s background, as it plays an important factor in a successful therapeutic relationship. I am a strong supporter of diversity and person’s unique self.
My approach to psychotherapy is eclectic, integrative, gaining deeper insight and identifying one’s personal strengths. I work hard to create an understanding and comfortable environment, where the client has the possibility to grow and rediscover a new self.
I have experience working with young adults, the elderly and families. During my internship, I was given the opportunity to work with a diverse population, a variety of concerns and beautiful souls. I am thankful to be given a chance to help, and be a small part in a person’s well-being.
