People seek the assistance of a therapist for many reasons from major life transitions, crisis, depression, anxiety, or wishing to improve upon a certain personal aspect of self. Each person is unique in why they choose to receive therapy, but whatever that reason may be I always provide a warm and welcoming environment that will offer continuous support to you on your journey. By providing a compassionate, warm, collaborative, relationship it will allow for us to mutually develop goals and work toward achieving those goals. I value the trusted relationship between the therapist and client, which allows for much to be accomplished in this environment.
