Making changes takes courage. Therapy is a way of nurturing the process of self exploration, healing and growth to help positive change occur. In partnership with clients, I work in an interactive, practical, nonjudgmental, caring way in an atmosphere of openness and trust. A variety of treatment methods may be used to facilitate insight, expand knowledge and coping alternatives to achieve your goals. The resulting self empowerment and improved quality of life can yield lifetime benefits.
