I aim to create a comfortable and safe environment where, through unconditional positive regard, my clients can explore their unique experiences, thoughts and feelings without judgment.
Using an existential, cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused approach, I collaborate with individuals in gaining insight into themselves. I feel honored to work with you to find solutions to your problems and improve your life satisfaction. Through this trusting relationship, you can grow to understand yourself better and live the life you want to live.
